This Digital Marketing Agency specialises in Inbound Marketing, and they are looking for an experienced and success-hungry individual to join their friendly sales team. The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for analysing behaviours and interpreting what increases customer generation, using a variety of inbound and outbound techniques. Reporting to the Digital Sales Manager, the Executive will also be responsible for converting sales leads into satisfied customers.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Sales Executive:

  • Meet and exceed KPI’s and sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong client base and drive sales.
  • Bring new customers to the business by using inbound and outbound sales.
  • Identify what makes customers successful and likely to be retained by analysing behaviours and patterns.
  • Use relevant software such as HubSpot COS to achieve business goals.
  • Contribute your own strategy and creative ideas which can improve and nurture leads via sales and marketing automation.
  • Use marketing tactics such as SEO, social media, and online advertising to grow the company database.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience working with sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and selling technique.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and a desire to develop and succeed.
  • Approachable and friendly nature.
  • Experience using HubSpot is desirable.
