Looking for a step into the world of digital? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who has paid social experience and is looking for an opportunity to enter the buzzing digital industry in Manchester City Centre!

The Digital Marketing Executive will take responsibility of the company’s paid social channels and implement strategies to create business awareness using a monthly budget of £10,000. The successful candidate will be part of a small team, where there is a lot of freedom to develop your own skills and take ownership of your own work. It is vital that the candidate has previous paid social experience and have a passion for making a difference and can tailor their social output to communicate that message.

Main responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive

  • Create engaging content for social media channels to generate leads and footfall to the website
  • Manage the overall digital outreach and promotion through social channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Run keywords analysis to create and manage content for the website, advertising banners, blogs and emails
  • Support with the marketing strategy and implementation to enhance engagement
  • Work closely with the senior management on content creation
  • Analyse sales and social media data to track performance
  • Engage with customer enquiries through multiple channels
  • Participate in various projects involving the company’s marketing platforms
  • Manage and monitor all social media platforms and identify areas for optimisation
  • Keep up to date on the newest digital and paid social trends on the market

Required skills and attributes of the Digital Marketing Executive

  • It is essential that the successful candidate has genuine passion for helping people, as this is the heart of this business’ success
  • Previous experience in paid social either through an internship or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (verbally and written) to create strong content and liaise across the teams
  • Excellent analytical skills to track performance and identify new areas of improvement
  • Great passion for social media
  • It is highly desirable if the successful candidate has graphic design skills and possess a degree in Digital Marketing, PR, Advertising or similar
