The role of Digital Copywriter will be based in Lancashire in the company’s brand new office and offer free car parking. The role also offers a very competitive salary and flexible hours working alongside a vibrant team. This company is looking for a candidate with demonstrable in-house experience. The main aspect of the role will be to edit and write SEO influenced content. Therefore this requires the individual to have an excellent understanding of the English language in order to produce exceptional content. A candidate would also be in a stronger position if they have an understanding SEO techniques.

The Main Responsibilities of the Digital Copywriter:

  • Working alongside team members and individually to produce engaging and unique content
  • Enhancing Blog content
  • Produce constant keyword research
  • Improve and utilise link building strategies
  • Provide analysis on back-link profiles
  • Make certain that the best SEO practices are being followed with aid from the development team
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for changed to the website layout and content to improve SEO positions for clients

Required skills of the Digital Copywriter:

  • 2+ years’ experience in editing or copywriting
  • Fluent in English with outstanding grammar and spelling
  • Creative skills to produce engaging content
  • Verify that the copy is accurate and SEO ready
  • A proactive attitude and happy to communicate directly with clients
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrable background in heightening organic search engine rankings
  • Solid Understanding of website analytics
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO
  • Any previous experience in Google Analytics, CMS and Search Console is desirable
