Our client is looking for a gifted individual to join the digital team as a Digital Account Manager in their brilliant Manchester office. This company works and produces content for some of the UK’s biggest retailers. They believe that it is possible to take a simplistic approach in order to produce effective, colourful and beautiful content. This requires someone who is able to follow company values, assemble attractive and desirable content and respect the clients’ partners’ expertise in their field. If you are excited about producing inspiring content then this role could be a great opening.  

As the Digital Account Manager you will play an essential role in developing and preserving client-agency relationships for digital clients, so excellent communication, organisational and time management skills are all vital to the role. The Key Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • A key point of contact for important digital clients
  • Reading through briefs and formulating these into ideas and projects
  • Make sure the department schedule is being followed
  • Produce, manage and communicate particular projects
  • Produce concise and informative project reports for the client every week
  • Ensure all parts of the clients brief are incorporated into content creation
  • Take part, listen intently and present meetings
  • Be prepared to contribute to written proposals

Required skills of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Minimum of 2 years digital account management experience in digital projects
  • Previous involvement within managing design / UX, website development (CMS & e-commerce) and digital marketing projects
  • Motivated individual
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Experience in Trello, JIRA and Smart Sheet is preferable.
  • Have a demonstrable understanding in websites
  • Established ability to build good relationships with people
  • Appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Docs
  • Fast and polite understanding of customer desires
