Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join their incredibly successful eCommerce business as a Creative Manager.

Our client is an eCommerce fashion retailer that has seen huge success. Through investments in new offices and expansion, they have established a leading B2C retail business which houses a number of top professionals. Their impeccable offices in Manchester are easily accessible for any commuters, whether it is by car or public transportation.

The role of Creative Manager will have many exciting and engaging aspects. The main aspects of the role will be to lead and oversee the brands creative team and be responsible for the end to end creative representation of the brand. In order to achieve this, you will need to establish, maintain and evolve the way in which the brand appears through all visual creative and content within digital and physical spaces. To be successful within the role of Creative Manager it’s important that a candidate applying has plenty of demonstrable experience within a marketing role. Further to this, as this role has managerial responsibilities an individual with strong leadership qualities is desirable. Roles and Responsibilities of the Creative Manager:

  • Lead the creative marketing department to convey a compelling brand aligned with the company’s brand values
  • Work across various channels and markets in order to create consistent client experience on and offline
  • Use of creative asset generation across a number of departments
  • Convey the story of the brand as well as developing engaging and audience relevant stories
  • Manage and support external agencies where necessary such as supporting creative content production
  • Produce and ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience for the brands target customers across a number of digital platforms
  • Liaise and support the Brand Director to ensure that the brand is aligned with plans
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends
  • Collaborate across different departments

Skills and Attributes:

  • A degree in Graphic design or a relevant field
  • Demonstrable experience working within a creative department
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CC
  • Experienced in strategic design and creative development
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with the latest creative suite including Apple IOS
  • Knowledge of production for print, photography, video and mobile is desirable
