The role of Business Intelligence Manager is situated in the company's Leed City Centre office. The successful candidate will be part of the Insight and Reporting Team and work with some of the UK's biggest retail and tech giants!

The role will include responsibilities such as the development of BI dashboards, analytics, and visualizations. You will also need to liaise with internal colleagues to define metrics and key performance indicators. It’s important that a candidate applying for this role has demonstrable skills in SQL and Visual Studio. Main responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Manager

  • Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Manage and lead a strong team of Insight and Reporting analysts
  • Understand client needs and identify key solutions 
  • Create reports and insight technology roadmaps for the business 
  • Manage data and analysis architecture
  • Be the point of contact for the implemented Salesforce CRM system   
  • Take the lead in project management 
  • Supporting and training of the end users in sales reporting tools
  • Work alongside a number of clients to enhance data management systems
  • Liaise with external specialist agencies relevant to the business
  • Recommend and develop innovative solutions
  • Stay up to date on the newest technology developments 

Required skills and attributes of the Business Intelligence Manager:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SQL and Visual Studio
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, VBA, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in managing a team 
  • Highly numerate, analytical and excellent attention detail
  • Experience in using Salesforce 
  • Ability to combine strong analytical skills with a business acumen
  • Skilled in gathering reporting, analysis, database structures, visual design
  • Ability to identify insights from campaign performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of data quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to create long term strategies while driving current projects
