Our client is right in the centre of the action with 5 minutes' walk from Leeds train station, making any commute easy! Their stylish and cool new offices offer plenty of work space and a barbeque for those sunny days we get on the odd occasion! And with drinks on a Friday afternoon- it couldn't get much better! Our client creates innovative media campaigns to a wide range of clients and the team all have a strong work ethic. The agency is looking for an ambitious candidate who delivers top service to their clients and will help with the client's biddable strategies through having a strong relationship and ensuring deadlines are met and the strategy is implemented.

The Biddable and Social Media Manager will have great time management skills and use their enthusiasm and creativity in all projects. Previous agency experience is essential and ideally, the candidate will have 2 years' experience in social and search.

Responsibilities for the Biddable and Social Media Manager:

  • Manage the account team and budgets, the project deadlines and competing client requests
  • Be responsible for the strategy and achievement of KPI's and develop the account strategy with support from the client and the Biddable Account Director
  • Build and maintain a strong ongoing relationship with clients ensuring their expectations are met
  • Create exceptional campaigns for clients, including strategy proposals and define KPIs and strategy by using market research and consumer behaviour
  • The Biddable and Social Media Manager will support the Execs and Grads in their daily tasks such as delivering regular reporting to clients and provide weekly one-on-ones to ensure they are on target and have any queries answered
  • Liaise with the Government Media Team's Client Team to keep them updated on any changes and development on the account

Required skills for the role:

  • Exceptional time management skills, delegation and strong project management skills
  • Knowledge in offline marketing and other areas in digital marketing would be beneficial
  • Passionate about digital media and eager to progress your career within this sector
  • Excellent ability to manipulate data sets and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Great communicator and a confident team leader
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and always deliver a great service
