Roles and Responsibilities of the Associate Director

  • Builds and maintains strong, solid relationships with key stakeholders and advisers them on key business decisions.
  • Leads by example giving team the opportunity and freedom to deliver excellent, bespoke customer service.
  • Build capability within teams providing, support, mentorship and tools to do the job and progress
  • Highly literate in clients want, needs and output in order to deliver and exceed these. They will also have a high acumen of client strengths, competitors and the challenges they face
  • High awareness of previous and current performance and uses this analysis to make decisions and recommendations
  • Works hard to maximise client revenue and profitability

Skills and Attributes

  • Experience in a highly client focused role delivering excellent client service and reaping excellent results
  • An excellent communicator who can manage a strong team through effective communication
  • An eye for detail and accuracy and insists on perfection
  • Strategic thinker who is able to stand back and look at the bigger picture.
  • An inspirational leader that can identify and nurture talent within team
  • The ability to think critical, decisively and assertively when required
