As their talented team of experts continues to evolve, they are now on the hunt for an enthusiastic Account Manager to assist them in the daily running of their key digital and brand projects! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the effective delivery of all creative work ranging from print to motion graphics so no two days shall ever be the same!

This role will require the successful candidate to work on a variety of exciting global projects for a pleasant mix of clients and industries. Essentially, the Account Manager will be the glue that holds the projects together, they will be the key link between the client and our studio, therefore, they will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage time effectively. The agency is looking for a team player who will thrive in a fast paced environment, hence, it’s essential that the triumphant candidate has previous agency experience.

The Main Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Ensure that all project documentation is prepared and delivered appropriately.
  • Manage the creative team in order to ensure that all deadlines are met accordingly.
  • Utilise the agency’s project management systems in order to track the progress of each job whilst also ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
  • Build strong working relationships with external clients and internal employees in order to ensure better communication.
  • Make sure that there is effective communication between the agency and the client by providing regular meetings in order to keep them up-to-date on the project whilst also addressing any queries.
  • Ensure that you have a strong industry awareness whilst teaching clients that a brand is not just a logo.
  • Effectively manage a team of developer and designers in order to ensure that they work produced is of the highest calibre.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience of working in an agency environment
  • Experience in live action shooting/production processes would also be ideal
  • Capable of communicating with individual’s in a friendly yet professional manner
  • Has phenomenal budget management skills along with the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
  • Confident leading meetings with both clients and the team whilst managing the delivery of digital campaigns
  • Has a proven track record of leading, planning and enhancing projects
  • A strong ‘eye for detail’ with a team player attitude
  • Previous experience of working with a small team in order to deliver both small and large scale integrated design projects
  • Experience of using InDesign or Keynote would be beneficial
  • Possesses an even balance between planning and creativity with a technical understanding of the design process
